Delivery

We deliver all over the world!

Delivery costs are calculated according to your postal address.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which you must pay.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Delivery takes an average of 7 to 10 days.

Cancellation & Return

CANCELLATIONS can be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.

After this time, the order is processed and can no longer be modified.

It may be returned on receipt and reimbursed.

RETURNS must be requested from the seller within 14 days of delivery (sav@byron-parfums.fr).

Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted.

Product returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
